You might choose to go to an intense spinning class where you breeze through the route as if you’re going on a Sunday morning cycle through the park. You might choose to take part in a pilates class to get your joints limber and ready for a 10k run after work later, or you might try something new and get your yoga pants on for a relaxing yoga class. Although yoga has largely been associated with Buddhism and Hinduism, the practice of yoga became hugely popular during the 1980s, and it has since become one of the most popular exercises within the celebrity world.
